This album was originally called 'Cars Driven Fast'. Just prior to release the band became involved with Cairo Management who came up with the ‘Sanctuary’ artwork which was to fit with an overall marketing strategy for the single, album and ‘new variety’ gigs at the Bloomsbury Theatre.
Still : The ‘Cars Driven Fast’ title and artwork was used for some European territories.
